Meet Andrea Herr
Andrea Herr is our exceptional HR Manager, who has been with us for nearly two years! Her contributions have been pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions within our company, and her thoughtful guidance has greatly benefited both current and onboarding employees.
Andrea is not only a professional asset but also a wonderful person. Her love for plants has transformed our front garden area in casco into a vibrant, welcoming space that everyone enjoys. As a key member of our Smile Team, Andrea also brings fun and excitement to our workplace, making every day brighter and more enjoyable for all of us.
Her dedication, creativity, and positive energy make Andrea an invaluable part of our team, and we are grateful to have her with us!

What do you like most about what we do here?
“Going home and knowing that what I did that day made a difference”
What is your Favorite Momentum moment?
“There are many, but last year cleaning up the front garden bed and before i knew it I had helpers. Nobody ever asked if they should help, they just did.”
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
“Getting my thoughts into writing without having to write.”
What is one thing people don't know about you , that they would be surprised to find out?
“My DNA test revealed that I am part Inuit. Also I like doing Algebra, and often take workshops in Khan University. I don't tell that to anybody, because I am really bad at it.”
What show(s) are you currently Binge watching, or books you are reading?
“1923, its not really binge watching because I wait all week to see the new episodes Sunday night. I am reading 'The Chronicles of Matilda' series by G. Lawrence and the Casco book club is reading the 'Making of a Manager' by Julie Zhuo
What is one thing on your bucket list ?
“There are many, many things, mainly travel. I want to visit the great Pyramids, Ireland, Japan, China, Africa, Greece and Alaska. I would like to spend a Christmas in the Alps.”
