There is room to grow in Momentum. We look to our pool of Direct Support Professionals when we are recruiting Lead DSPs, Program Administrative Assistants, and Program Administrators. Most of our management staff started out as DSPs in our community support programs. We are also very interested in hearing ideas people might have to expand their responsibilities within Momentum. We have DSPs writing grants, planning and going on long-distance trips, leading writing, music, and photography groups, making movies, teaching visual arts – the list goes on and on!
