Meet Billie Jo Ridlon, our program administrator and lead developer of Shared Living! Her infectious positive energy and unwavering dedication light up every room she enters. Billie Jo seamlessly blends strategic thinking with creative problem-solving, making every project she touches a success.
Billie Jo has been instrumental in developing numerous Shared Living homes, each one a testament to her hard work and vision. Her “can-do” attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge head-on make her a true asset to our Momentum Family.
Whether she’s brainstorming innovative solutions or sharing a heartfelt laugh, Billie Jo leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team, and we eagerly anticipate many more years of her exceptional contributions and uplifting presence!

What do you like most about what we do here?
“I love the fun and relaxing atmosphere, I like that everyone works together as a team and I also like how the clients are treated so well and equally..”
What is your Favorite Momentum moment?
“Hitting Brad in the face with a cupcake with the slingshot at the retreat a couple of years ago, and I wasn't even aiming for his face!”
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
“Super speed!”
What is one thing people don't know about you , that they would be surprised to find out?
“I spend hours a week on my flower gardens, plants and yard work. I find it very relaxing and therapeutic..”

“To travel across country in our camper”
