February 2024 Employee Spotlight - Mandy Hennessey
10 years ago Mandy joined Momentum as a DSP out of Casco, and today she is a Community Support Program Administrator! What makes her stand out is her empathy and drive to make it happen for our folks. Whether she’s in the office or out in the community, she is advocating, encouraging and making those goals a reality for everyone she works with! She exudes warmth and caring and we are so happy to have her as part of our team!

What do you like most about what we do here?
“I love being able to make our clients dreams and aspirations come to life. I love all the relationships I've built and created with each and every one of our clients, they truly hold a special place in my heart, and that's why I love my job!!!”
What is your Favorite Momentum moment?
“I have ALOT of favorite Momentum moments, being able to watch our clients crush their dreams and goals, makes my heart happy.... AND being able to travel to New York City, and Lake Tahoe California was pretty amazing too!!!”
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
“Hmm, I can only pick one?! Mind reading, or time traveling!!”
What is one thing people don't know about you , that they would be surprised to find out?
“ I went on a cruise with my mom and 15 other girls for my Graduation, and country singer Trace Adkins was on the same cruise! ”
What show(s) are you currently Binge watching, or books you are reading?
”I like watching True Crime shows, or any kind of reality TV shows.”
What is one thing on your bucket list ?
” I have always wanted to go to Australia or Germany.”
